If you have to submit data files in other formats, then please contact us in advance to make the appropriate arrangements.

It is important to ensure that you send us, in addition to the layout files, all the fonts used (and in  case of type I fonts both the screen and print fonts) and all the imported graphics and image files. The same applies to the EPS exchange format.

Resolution of 300 dpi is required for the image files (TIFF, other Photoshop formats or PDF). The data has to be generated and stored in the CMYK mode. In PDFs all fonts must be embedded.

Over and above that, a clear (color) print-out should be enclosed.
